For Reviewers

All reviews should be done using the web interface on the NTSP 2024 web page. Each reviewer can access the web interface by logging on the NTSP 2024 web page with reviewer privileges (use Sign In menu item under Users menu item) and selecting My Reviews menu item under Users menu item.

Reviewer's reviews are divided into the following 4 categories in My Reviews page - Assigned, Accepted, In progress and Submitted reviews.

In each category the reviewer can view the paper being in a review process by clicking on a hyperlink with the paper title. The paper will always be open in a new web browser window or browser tab. The reviewer can save a copy of the paper when it is open in a web browser or pdf reader, or he can click the right button on the paper link and select from the pop-up menu Save target as....

When the paper review is assigned to a reviewer, an email notification is sent to the reviewer's email address and after he has entered My Reviews page the paper is shown in Assigned Reviews category together with the information when the reviewer was assigned and with a deadline to accept or decline the review. The reviewer can choose whether he accepts or declines the review by using the button Accept review and Decline review.

When the paper review was declined it is offered to another reviewer.

When the paper review was accepted it is shown in Accepted Reviews category together with information when the review was accepted and with a deadline to submit the review. There is Edit review button available on the right side of all accepted reviews. Do not worry to click on it to start your review. Whenever you need you can save your review and continue working on it later.

After you have saved your review the first time it is shown in In progress Reviews category. You can use Edit review button to view or edit your review.

When you have finished your review, use Submit review button to submit the review and it will be shown in Submitted Reviews category. You can use View review button to see your review, however, you cannot edit it after submitting.

When your conclustion in review is The paper may be published after revision and further review the review will be reassigned to you when author upload a new version of the paper. It will be shown in Reassigned review category together with information when the review was reassigned and with a deadline to submit the review. Edit review button on the right side enables you to edit your previously submitted review.

Your name in the review is visible only for you and Technical Program Committee, however it is invisible for the author(s).
